1. Who we are

Home Hub and Business Hub are operated by Striving 4 Solutions LLC (or its affiliates, as designated at deployment).

2. Home Hub and Business Hub accounts

Account email, workspace membership, and content you enter are processed to operate the service. AI features may transmit prompts and selected workspace context to model endpoints (platform-operated or customer-configured). Do not submit data you are not permitted to process.

You control who you invite to a workspace. Do not upload sensitive personal data you are not authorized to process.

3. Information we collect and how we use it

Striving 4 Solutions collects only what it needs to run its sites, its hubs and its text updates:

Name: to know who we are talking to and to address you in replies.
Phone number: to send the text messages you asked for, to reply to you, and to honor STOP requests.
Email address: for your account sign-in, replies to your questions, and service notices.
SMS opt-in records (the date and time, the method such as a texted keyword or account settings, and the keyword used): to prove you agreed to receive texts and to keep your opt-out on record.
Message history (texts sent and received): to deliver messages, answer support questions, and keep records of opt-ins and opt-outs.
Site analytics, first-party only: to count visits and improve the site (details in section 6). No third-party trackers.

4. Text messages (SMS)

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Phone numbers and messages are passed to our text message provider only to deliver the messages you asked for. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. How to join and the exact messages are on the Text Message Updates page, and the SMS Terms are in the Terms of Service.

5. Example sites

The sites in the Examples gallery are sample sites with example data, and payments are off. Nothing you type into their forms is sold or shared.

6. Analytics

We count visits to this site with a small script we run ourselves, on our own server. It does not use Google Analytics, ad networks, or any other third-party tracker, and nothing is sold or shared. We use the counts to see which pages are useful and what to improve.

What is tracked

The page you opened (the address without anything after a ?), how long it stayed on screen, and the page or site that sent you here.
Campaign tags on links (such as utm_source) and, when a search engine passes them along, the search words.
Your browser, device type and operating system, and a rough location (country, region and city) looked up from your IP address.
Whether you used the contact, request, feedback, cart or sign-in features, or tapped a phone or email link. The text you type is not part of this.
A random ID in a cookie on your device (s4s_vid, kept up to 13 months) and a visit ID that resets after 30 idle minutes. They are not tied to your name or email.

What is not tracked / exclusions

Nothing is sent when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Bots and automated test browsers are never recorded. The site owner's own sign-ins, our team, demo and test accounts, and sample previews are marked and left out of the counts (an owner can choose to see them separately).
On a sample site, the owner sees totals for their own site only: visits, unique visitors, top pages, where visitors came from, phone vs computer, and how many request, order or booking forms were started and finished.
Form field values, message bodies and payment details are never included in analytics events.

IP hashing

Your IP address is never saved. It is turned into a one-way hash with a secret that changes every day, so it cannot be turned back into an address or followed from one day to the next. When one of our own team signs in, a separate keyed hash of that connection's address (never the address itself) is kept so later visits from the team's own network can be left out of the counts.

Retention

Individual visit records (raw visit data) are deleted after 13 months. Daily totals with no personal detail are kept for 25 months.

Opt out and opt back in

Opt out any time by opening /?s4s_notrack=1. That also deletes the visit records this browser already sent.
Opt back in by opening /?s4s_notrack=0.

Location lookup uses the free DB-IP Lite database, stored on our server: IP Geolocation by DB-IP (CC BY 4.0).

7. Third-party services

Features may call third-party APIs (for example barcode/product data, recipe sources, or AI model hosts). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. The operator is not responsible for third-party downtime, data accuracy, or changes to free tiers.

8. Changes

The operator may update these notices, suspend features, or discontinue the service with or without notice where permitted by law. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated notices when they are posted in the app (including this page). See also the Terms of Service.
